Service commitment

  •   We firmly carry out the rules and regulations of “Law of the PRC on Product Quality”,“Law of the PRC on Safeguarding the Consumer Rights and Interests”,“Provisions on the Liability for the Repair, Replacement and Return of Some Commodities”(Known as New“Three Guarantees”Provisions),we committed to deliver full range service to all customers.

  • We provide Free Warranty for products and spare parts within warranty period
  • What is not covered:Warranties do not cover any loss or damage resulting from

    1)Improper use,a malfunction or damage resulting from improper or unreasonable use or maintenance;

    2)Unauthorized repairs; alterations or modifications of original condition;

    3)Those without warranty card,purchase invoice or with modified warranty card/purchase invoice;

    4)Those model No./serial No. Different from on warranty card,purchase invoice;

    5)Products sold without warranty;

    6)Failure to follow environmental conditions;

    7)Products with expired warranty period.

ROTAI Warranty Policy

  • According to China’s New“Three Guarantees”Provisions, ROTAI warrants the Product against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two years for massage chairs(one year for small massage products)from the date of purchase (“Warranty Period”) by the original end user purchaser,warranty card and purchase invoice will take as the proof.
  • Function fault occurs within 7 days from the date of purchase by the original end user purchaser, customer may request to Repair, Replacement or Return the products.
  • Performance fault occurs within 15 days from the date of purchase by the original end user purchaser, customer may request to Repair or Replacement the products.
  • Valid Warranty Period begins with the issuing of valid invoice&warranty card by the dealer.
  • ROTAI product enjoys nation wide after sale warranty.
  • Products with expired warranty or Of non-compliance require pay repair service.

Warranty for Replacement parts

  • Warranty for Replacement parts:6 months for PCB,motor and mechanism,3 months for other spare parts.
  • Warranty for Replacement parts starts from the repair date written on invoice&warranty card.
